Mike Rozier founded Mike Rozier Construction Co., Inc. in January 1976, launching the company with just two local laborers and its first project, a Sonic Drive-In in Amory, Mississippi. Nearly five decades later, Mike continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer, leading the company with the same vision, work ethic, and values that shaped its beginning.

Under Mike’s leadership, Rozier Construction has grown into a multi-state contractor licensed in 19 states, operating from two office locations and employing more than 90 full-time team members. With nearly 50 years of construction experience, Mike oversees company operations while guiding long term strategy, growth, and organizational culture.

Mike is deeply committed to maintaining the family- and faith-oriented values on which the company was founded. He emphasizes integrity, community involvement, and excellence, fostering a culture that encourages employees to work hard, serve others, and take pride in their work. His leadership has helped shape Rozier Construction into a company known not only for quality construction, but also for strong character and lasting relationships.

Michael C. Rozier, Jr. serves as President of Rozier Construction Company, Inc., where he oversees all company operations, including finance, scheduling, estimating, project management, client relationships, and development. He joined Rozier Construction in 1998 and has held nearly every position within the company, gaining a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of construction operations before being appointed President in 2016. In addition to his leadership role at Rozier Construction, Michael is the President and Founder of RM Development, established in 2000. Through RM Development and prior experience as President of Pinebelt, Inc., a commercial development firm specializing in new construction, landlord development, and triple-net leases, Michael has developed extensive expertise across all facets of commercial development and real estate. Michael is highly experienced in site selection, site acquisition, and pre-development planning. He is known for his innovative approach and his ability to coordinate civil, structural, and architectural designs through collaboration with seasoned in-house engineering teams. His meticulous attention to detail during the planning and pre-construction phases helps minimize risk and cost for clients while delivering high-quality, turn-key construction solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and is a licensed commercial contractor in 14 states across the Southeast. He is a member of the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an allied member of The American Institute of Architects. His leadership extends beyond the company, serving as the General Contractor Representative on the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, President of The University of Southern Mississippi School of Construction, a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi Board of Directors, and an active participant in the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Craig Rozier serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager/Estimator at Rozier Construction. A lifelong part of the family business, Craig has worked in nearly every role within the company, including crew member, superintendent, and project manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operations from the ground up.

For more than a decade, Craig has served as Vice President, overseeing operations from Rozier Construction’s Greenwood office and working closely with company leadership. He has managed projects across a wide range of sectors, including agricultural, industrial, warehousing, restaurant, retail, and service facilities. His experience includes both ground-up construction and renovation projects, with a strong ability to coordinate work in active facilities while minimizing operational disruption.

Craig brings extensive expertise in estimating, budgeting, safety compliance, and design-build delivery, with experience coordinating design, engineering, and construction partners. He oversees all phases of project execution, including permitting, inspections, scheduling, and OSHA compliance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Rozier Construction’s standards of quality and excellence.

Robyn Thornton, a native of Carrollton, MS, joined Rozier Companies in early 2019 and serves as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. At Rozier Construction, she provides financial leadership across construction, development, and affiliated entities. With over 23 years of corporate finance experience, including 7 years in construction accounting, Robyn brings extensive senior-level corporate accounting and strategic finance expertise to the organization.

Prior to joining Rozier companies, she spent more than 17 years within industry service, where she oversaw financial operations, served as the primary liaison to financial and legal partners, and handled multiple mergers and acquisitions. At Rozier, Robyn oversees the financial operations not only for the construction, but also for development and other facets of the Rozier family of companies.

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Delta State University. She holds various certifications, is actively involved in community service, currently serving as Treasurer of a local Altrusa community club, and is passionate about mentoring and encouraging the next generation.

Ronnie Rozier joined Rozier Construction in 1990 and brings 52 years of construction industry experience to the company. He serves in a senior Project Manager role, responsible for bidding and managing projects while overseeing all aspects of project execution from start to finish.

Ronnie is highly knowledgeable in overhead doors, hollow metal doors, and hardware systems, as well as a wide range of construction disciplines. His depth of experience and hands-on oversight help ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

Christopher Logan, a Greenwood, Mississippi native, joined Rozier Construction in 2002 and brings 27 years of construction industry experience to the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Christopher specializes in guiding projects from early planning through final delivery, with expertise in pre-construction strategy, due-diligence review, design coordination, permitting, and delivering practical, cost-effective solutions in the field. Known for his forward-thinking mindset and steady leadership, Christopher plays a key role in keeping projects efficient, compliant, and built right the first time.

A native of Greenwood, Mississippi, Matthew Rozier joined Rozier in 2008 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his tenure, Matthew has developed extensive expertise in metal building erection, project estimating, crew scheduling, and procurement. His broad technical knowledge and operational oversight play a vital role in supporting efficient project delivery, workforce coordination, and overall construction excellence.

Colby Alderman, a native of Sidon, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in 2023 and brings 4 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned his Drafting and Design degree through the two year program at Mississippi Delta Community College.

Colby’s background provides a strong foundation in translating concepts into accurate plans and reliable cost estimates. His work focuses on drafting, estimating, and project management, supporting projects from design through completion and helping ensure clear documentation, coordinated execution, and efficient delivery.

Nikki Jordan, a native of McCarley, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in 2004 and brings 21 years of experience in the construction industry. She has been a dedicated and trusted member of the company for more than two decades.

Nikki oversees accounting, and office management, playing a critical role in keeping Rozier Construction’s financial and administrative operations running smoothly. Her deep institutional knowledge, attention to detail, and long-term commitment make her an essential part of the company’s day-to-day success and long-term stability.

Jessica McCrary, a native of McCarley, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in 2019 and brings six years of experience in the construction industry. She serves as a Project Manager Assistant, supporting project managers and superintendents across both current and upcoming projects.

Known for her flexibility and reliability, Jessica plays a key role in supporting daily operations and helping ensure projects and office functions run smoothly.

Tammy Glazier, originally from Jackson, Mississippi, has called Greenwood home for the past 34 years. She joined Rozier Construction in 2023 and serves as a key member of the company’s administrative support team.

Tammy is the first point of contact at the front desk, known for her strong computer skills and helpful approach, Tammy plays an important role in supporting both the office and project teams.

Gabriel Gary joined Rozier Construction in 2015 and brings more than 10 years of experience supporting construction design and office operations. She serves in a dual role as Designer and Office Management support, contributing to both project planning and day-to-day administrative coordination. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi. Her educational background provides a strong technical foundation in architectural drafting, design coordination, and visualization. In her role, Gabriel is responsible for producing CAD drawings, preliminary site and floor plans, and creating realistic 3D models and renderings using Revit, SketchUp and D5 Render. Her work supports projects from early concept through pre-construction, helping clients and project teams visualize design intent and make informed planning decisions. Gabriel has contributed to a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including large-scale commercial facilities, metal buildings, and specialty structures. Known for her attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and technical proficiency, Gabriel plays an important role in supporting efficient design coordination and successful project delivery.

Steven Weiss brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in estimating, project management, design-build delivery, and commercial development. He joined Rozier Construction in 2014 and currently serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, supporting projects across a wide range of commercial, civil, and development sectors. Steven earned an Associate Degree in Drafting and Design from Pearl River Community College, providing a strong technical foundation that supports his work in estimating, plan review, and project coordination. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of a multi-million-dollar general contracting firm, and has managed construction operations from company startup through large-scale project execution. Over the course of his career, Steven has contributed to more than $150 million in completed construction projects. His responsibilities include preparing detailed takeoffs and hard-bid estimates, negotiating contracts, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating closely with owners, architects, and field teams. Known for his depth of experience, strong organizational skills, and practical approach to problem-solving, Steven plays a key role in helping ensure projects are accurately planned, well-coordinated, and delivered to Rozier Construction’s standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Zach Wilson, a native of Ridgeland, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in March 2018 and brings eight years of construction industry experience. He began his career with the company as an intern working on a framing crew and has progressed through increasing levels of responsibility to his current role as Project Manager. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi, providing a strong technical foundation in construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination. As a Project Manager, Zach is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion, including planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance. He works closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and field crews to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents. Drawing on his hands-on field experience, Zach brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to project management that supports clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and successful project delivery.

Richard Dilmore, a native of Purvis, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in June 2001 and brings more than 32 years of construction industry experience. He currently serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion. Richard is a graduate of Purvis High School and began his construction career at a young age working alongside his father. He later advanced his skills as a Union Journeyman Carpenter, gaining experience on large-scale, high-profile projects including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Amelia Island, Florida, and Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans, Louisiana. After starting his family and settling in the Hattiesburg area, Richard joined Rozier Construction, where he spent more than 20 years working in the field as a Project Superintendent before transitioning into project management and estimating. Richard’s extensive field background provides significant value to clients, allowing him to approach projects with a practical, hands-on perspective rooted in real-world construction execution. His experience enables accurate estimating, constructible scheduling, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication between owners, designers, and field teams. Throughout his career, Richard has managed projects across a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, churches, schools, industrial facilities, athletic facilities, agricultural buildings, and retail construction. He has worked extensively with both corporate clients and long-term negotiated customers, supporting repeat clients as they expand operations across Mississippi and into other states. Known for his dedicated leadership, commitment to quality, and consistent on-time delivery, Richard takes great pride in being part of the Rozier Construction family and contributing to the company’s long-standing reputation for excellence.

Casey Gates brings more than two decades of hands-on construction experience to his role as Project Manager with Rozier Construction. He has been with the company since 2008 and has progressed through multiple field and management positions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of commercial construction from the ground up. In his current role, Casey manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, permitting, and day-to-day construction operations. As a Project Manager, Casey has successfully led both new construction and renovation projects with budgets reaching up to $11 million. His responsibilities include developing initial project budgets, securing required permits, procuring materials, hiring and managing subcontractors, and ensuring schedules, quality standards, and cost controls are met throughout the life of the project. Known for his practical, detail-oriented approach, Casey is highly focused on delivering projects efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients, design teams, and field personnel to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Casey served nearly ten years as a Superintendent, where he oversaw on-site operations for commercial construction projects with budgets up to $6 million. His extensive field background includes scheduling and coordinating trades, material staging and logistics, jobsite safety oversight, and quality control. Casey began his career working in carpentry and material supply roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of construction execution and site operations. He holds a degree in Management of Construction and Land Development from Mississippi State University and brings a steady, experienced leadership presence to every project he manages.

Kimberly Narmour, a Greenwood, Mississippi native, brings over 20 years of bookkeeping experience to the Rozier companies. She joined the team in 2024 and works closely with all Rozier entities, supporting sister companies and handling day-to-day accounting operations. She also has extensive experience in leasing and maintenance, providing well-rounded financial and operational support.

Jackson Duncan joined Rozier Construction in 2025 and serves as Director of Business Development, bringing extensive experience in operations, logistics, and large-scale real estate development. His background includes leading the design, planning, and execution of complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving sustained growth and profitability through disciplined project delivery and strategic decision-making.

At Rozier, Jackson focuses on client engagement, strategic growth, and market expansion, working closely with company leadership, industry leaders, business owners, and economic development professionals to identify opportunities and support successful project delivery.

Known for his disciplined approach and collaborative leadership style, Jackson plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding Rozier Construction’s market presence.

Dusty Rainey, a native of Duck Hill, Mississippi joined Rozier Construction in 2023 with 15 years of construction experience. Prior to joining Rozier, Dusty spent 33 years in the pulp and paper industry, bringing extensive knowledge of industrial operations, safety standards, and large-scale work environments.

Dusty served as a Superintendent prior to transitioning into his current role as Director of Safety for the company. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing jobsite safety practices, compliance, and training, helping ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations. His broad field experience and leadership background play a key role in supporting crews and maintaining Rozier Construction’s commitment to safe, well-managed job sites.

Ricky Pullen, a native of Tchula, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction on 1998 and brings 54 years of construction experience to the company, including many years building custom homes prior to joining the team. He earned his degree in Building Construction Technology from Mississippi Delta Community College.

Ricky holds certifications in SaferHub, Huntress and serves as a Project Manager, with responsibilities spanning estimating, subcontractor coordination, and collaboration with architects and field teams. With decades of hands-on experience, Ricky provides practical knowledge that helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Rob Joiner, a native of Greenwood, Mississippi, joined Rozier Construction in 2023. He attended Mississippi Delta Community College.

Rob serves in a dual role as Superintendent and Project Manager, overseeing day-to-day field operations while supporting overall project coordination. Known for his versatility and hands-on approach, he works closely with crews and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently and completed to Rozier Construction standards.
