First Bank

We were contracted by First Bank to construct a 13,430 SF, two-story community bank designed to expand local financial services and support economic growth. Designed by PWCampbell Architects, the facility brings lending, wealth, and mortgage services together under one roof on a 1.85-acre site with 40,000 SF of concrete pavement. Construction began in July 2018 with foundation preparation following completed site work. The exterior features curtain wall glazing, EIFS, masonry brick, and Nichiha panels, along with three covered drive-thru lanes, an ATM, and a 1,330 SF second-floor covered patio. Inside, the bank includes modern finishes, multiple conference rooms, advanced digital banking technology, and an efficient 17-zone VAV HVAC system with full LED lighting throughout.
