ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Structural CMU walls, metal bar joist ceiling, with TPO roof construction. Ample amounts of plumbing and other lines ran throughout for air, oil, and other fluids. Two story metal racking system to store tires and other material inside building. Completed our 150 day construction schedule in 122 days at the request of client to meet end of year goals.
