Michael C. Rozier, Jr. serves as President of Rozier Construction Company, Inc., where he oversees all company operations, including finance, scheduling, estimating, project management, client relationships, and development. He joined Rozier Construction in 1998 and has held nearly every position within the company, gaining a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of construction operations before being appointed President in 2016. In addition to his leadership role at Rozier Construction, Michael is the President and Founder of RM Development, established in 2000. Through RM Development and prior experience as President of Pinebelt, Inc., a commercial development firm specializing in new construction, landlord development, and triple-net leases, Michael has developed extensive expertise across all facets of commercial development and real estate. Michael is highly experienced in site selection, site acquisition, and pre-development planning. He is known for his innovative approach and his ability to coordinate civil, structural, and architectural designs through collaboration with seasoned in-house engineering teams. His meticulous attention to detail during the planning and pre-construction phases helps minimize risk and cost for clients while delivering high-quality, turn-key construction solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and is a licensed commercial contractor in 14 states across the Southeast. He is a member of the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an allied member of The American Institute of Architects. His leadership extends beyond the company, serving as the General Contractor Representative on the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, President of The University of Southern Mississippi School of Construction, a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi Board of Directors, and an active participant in the Young Presidents’ Organization.
